This app supports you to setup a meeting like it should be. It offers templates for ToDos and your Agenda. It is very easy to copy & paste an agenda from Word or your eMails!
Outlook and Google Calendar
Once you have entered location and the agenda, meetingify sends out an .ics file, which is compatible with Microsoft Outlook, Google calendar and even most Smartphones.
Meeting Minutes and Agenda
During your meeting you can easily record entries, add photos of the whiteboard or any other files. Take notes and assign them to your colleagues, if requested.
It even works offline
Meetingify uses orga.zone as "Backend as a Service" (aka BaaS) and syncs your data
across all devices. You may even prepare meetings while offline and then sync it, when you have a network again.
We offer meetingify under a "advertising" model. We show moderate
advertising on the start page of the app!
The layout and design of our little meeting organizer is flexible and adjusts
